I have posted before about the possible benefits running with music. This normally involves creating your own mixes on iTunes and similar services, or using websites such as Jogtunes with music from existing artists. But a new service called Audiofuel takes things one step further, by writing music specifically for running. The BPM of the music is matched to the intensity of your session, whether it be a nice and easy long slow distance run, a tempo workout, or speed work.
Try it out with their 16 minute free sample.
Hi Matthew
Thanks for the shout out about AudioFuel, that’s really kind of you. We are looking for people to test the first 2 weeks of a ‘Fuel me Fit’ (Level 2) running programme. If you want to join in (people who are not very fit and want to be able to run 5k in 10 weeks) trailing the first 2 weeks let us know.
If you let me know the compilation you like the sound of I’ll send it to you free.
BTW, you look familiar – do you climb at the Castle?
Kind regards
Sean
Hi Sean
Happy to try out ‘Fuel me Fit’ for you.
And which Castle do you mean?
